2. Purchases

Prices, shipping charges, dispatch, cancellations, returns, and other sales conditions are governed by the relevant product page, the Legal Notice Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and the Shipping & Returns policy.

An order may be declined or cancelled where necessary because of stock availability, remaining edition quantity, payment issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3. Limited Editions

The stated edition size of a Limited Edition photographic work is managed as one total edition across all sales channels used by Yutambient. Separate editions are not created for each sales channel.

4. Certificate of Authenticity

Each Limited Edition work is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate includes information about the work and its edition number and is issued in association with that specific print.

Certificates of Authenticity will generally not be reissued if lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable.

5. Display of Works

Colors, brightness, texture, and other visual characteristics may appear different from the physical print depending on your device, display settings, and viewing environment. Images shown on this website do not guarantee an exact visual match to the physical print.

6. Intellectual Property

Photographs, text, logos, names, designs, and other content on this website are owned by Yutambient or the relevant rights holder.

Except where permitted by law, reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, commercial use, inclusion in datasets, or use for machine learning or AI training without permission is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• violate applicable law or public order;
• engage in unauthorized access, impersonation, or fraudulent use of payment information;
• place an excessive load on this website, its servers, networks, or related systems;
• interfere with or attempt to interfere with the operation of this website;
• use automated means to generate excessive requests beyond ordinary browsing; or
• infringe the rights, interests, or reputation of another person or Yutambient.

8. Changes or Suspension of the Website

Yutambient may modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue all or part of this website without prior notice due to maintenance, system failure, third-party service outages, disasters, or other circumstances.
