Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Each print is individually prepared, checked, signed, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity before shipping.

Shipping within Japan

A4 prints shipped within Japan are generally sent by Japan Post Letter Pack Light.

International Shipping

A4 prints shipped internationally are generally sent by International ePacket Light.

Hong Kong / Singapore / South Korea / Taiwan: USD 8

Australia / United Kingdom / Switzerland / Canada / New Zealand: USD 10

United States: USD 12

Delivery times vary depending on destination, postal conditions, and customs processing.

Combined Shipping

Orders within Japan may include up to 6 A4 prints with JPY 450 shipping. International orders may include up to 2 prints. If you would like to purchase 3 or more for international delivery, please place an additional order.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if a request is made within 3 hours of purchase via the Contact form or email. After 3 hours, cancellations are generally not accepted.

Returns

Returns are accepted if you contact Yutambient within 14 days of delivery. For returns due to the customer's own preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact Yutambient through the Contact form or by email. After confirming the situation, a replacement will generally be sent at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges requested for the customer's own reasons are not accepted.
