A moment, given room.

Yutambient is my photography and print practice. I am drawn to the everyday: a staircase in sunlight, a sky held in a puddle, a reflection that briefly becomes another world.

These photographs begin with noticing. Light, colour and shadow can change the feeling of a familiar place, even if only for a moment.

Through Yutambient Prints, I bring selected photographs to paper. I print, check, sign and pack each work myself in Japan, taking time over both the image and the object that reaches you.
